Ingredients

  • 2-3 Strawberries cut up
  • 1 oz Lychee Juice from the can
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Strawberry sliced in half (for garnish)
  • 1 Lychee for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the cut-up strawberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Use a muddler to thoroughly mash the strawberries and lemon juice together.
  • Add the vodka, dry vermouth, and lychee juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a halved strawberry and a whole lychee.
