Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries diced
  • 5 ounces elderflower liqueur
  • 2 splits of Prosecco each split is typically 187 ml
  • Strawberry for garnish

Instructions

  • Chop up your berries and soak them in elderflower liqueur.
  • After soaking, strain out the strawberries, reserving the infused elderflower liqueur.
  • Pour 1.5 oz of the infused liqueur into your glass.
  • Top it off with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a fresh berry.

  • Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • Make sure to chill the Prosecco before serving to keep the drink refreshing and bubbly.
