Ingredients

  • Sparkling Lemon Soda
  • 2 ounces Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 pieces Strawberries sliced
  • 1 slice Lemon Wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle the Strawberries:
  • In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the sliced strawberries to release their juices and flavors.
  • Mix the Mocktail:
  • Add the lemon juice and simple syrup to the muddled strawberries.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, seal it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine everything well.
  • Strain:
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, ensuring the strawberry pieces and seeds are filtered out.
  • Top with Soda:
  • Slowly pour the sparkling lemon soda over the strawberry lemon mix in the glass. The soda will fizz up, so pour gently to avoid spilling.
  • Garnish and Serve:
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon wheel on the rim of the glass. Optionally, you can add a few slices of strawberry inside the glass for extra flair.

  • Stir gently before drinking to mix the flavors.
