Lemon Drop Martini Mocktail

The Lemon Drop Martini Mocktail is a favorite for good reason. Refreshing and simple to prepare, it combines lemon juice, simple syrup, and club soda. This mocktail showcases a sharp citrus taste that’s perfectly offset by the sweet syrup and the bubbly soda. It’s an excellent choice for those who opt for non-alcoholic drinks but still seek something extraordinary in their glass. Ideal for any social event or a relaxing night in.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Chill the Glass:
  • Start by chilling your martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the mocktail.
  • Mix the Ingredients:
  • In a shaker, combine the lemon juice and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid completely.
  • Shake Well:
  • Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds. The goal is to chill the mixture thoroughly and allow a bit of dilution from the ice, which enhances the drink’s flavors.
  • Prepare the Glass:
  • Empty the ice water from the martini glass and dry it if necessary.
  • Strain the Drink:
  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled martini glass.
  • Make sure to strain out the ice so that no extra water dilutes the mocktail.
  • Top with Club Soda:
  • Gently top off the drink with chilled club soda or sparkling water. This adds a nice effervescence.
  • Garnish (Optional):
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or a small slice of lemon on the rim of the glass for an extra touch of elegance and a burst of lemon aroma.
  • Serve Immediately:
  • Serve your Lemon Drop Martini Mocktail immediately to enjoy its crisp, refreshing taste.
