  • Fresh cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a chilled Champagne flute, add 1 ounce of cranberry juice and squeeze in the juice from a lime wedge.
  • Slowly fill the flute with chilled Champagne to preserve the bubbles.
  • Skewered 3 or 4 fresh cranberries into the glass for a festive touch.

Notes

Pro Tips

  • For a more tart flavor, rub the lime wedge around the rim of the glass before squeezing.
  • Use a cranberry juice blend or cranberry cocktail for a slightly sweeter flavor.
  • For a festive touch, freeze the cranberries before using them as garnish; they’ll keep the drink cool without watering it down.
