Ingredients

  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce apple juice
  • 0.5 ounce lime juice
  • 0.5 ounce honey
  • Green apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Add ice to your cocktail shaker, followed by the elderflower liqueur, vodka, apple juice, honey, and lime juice.
  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to chill and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • For an extra touch of drama, add a chunk of dry ice (optional) to the glass.
  • Garnish with a green apple slice and serve immediately.
