Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 ounce cinnamon-flavored whiskey
  • 0.5 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon plus more for garnish
  • 0.5 ounce honey for rimming the glass

Instructions

  • Place the ground cinnamon on one shallow plate and honey on another. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the honey, then into the cinnamon to coat the rim. Set the glass aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Irish cream liqueur, cinnamon whiskey, vanilla vodka, and cream. Shake vigorously to chill and mix the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of additional ground cinnamon on top for a beautiful garnish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, spiced flavors of the Cinnamon Cream Martini!
