Ingredients

  • 2 oz pear vodka
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1 oz pear juice
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
  • Cinnamon-sugar for rimming the glass

Instructions

  • On a small plate, mix equal parts cinnamon and sugar for the rim. Run a bit of cinnamon simple syrup around the rim of a martini glass, then dip it into the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the pear juice, apple cider, cinnamon simple syrup, lemon juice, and pear vodka.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously for 20-30 seconds to ensure it’s well chilled and blended.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass and serve immediately.
