Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pear vodka
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • 0.5 ounce cinnamon simple syrup
  • 0.25 ounce lime juice
  • 3 ounces ginger beer
  • Fresh pear slices
  • Fresh rosemary, cinnamon sticks, pear slices for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Begin by slicing a fresh pear. Place a few of the pear slices into a cocktail shaker with the pear vodka.
  • Use a muddler to press and break up the pear slices, releasing their juices and flavor into the vodka.
  • Add the cranberry juice, cinnamon simple syrup, and lime juice to the shaker, along with a generous scoop of ice.Cover and shake the mixture vigorously until it is well chilled.
  • Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice. Top off the drink with ginger beer, adding a refreshing effervescence.
  • Garnish as desired with the remaining pear slices, a sprig of fresh rosemary, and a cinnamon stick for an aromatic finish. Serve immediately and enjoy the rich, fruity, and spiced flavors of this festive cocktail.
