Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 3 ounces Peach juice or peach nectar
  • 3 ounces Ginger beer
  • small Fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • Fresh peach slices For garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ginger Infusion:
  • In a shaker, add the fresh ginger slices and lime juice.
  • Muddle the ginger slices to extract the flavor.
  • Mix the Drink:
  • Add vodka and peach juice or nectar to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients well.
  • Serve:
  • Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
