  • 12 ounces sparkling water
  • 12 ounces apple juice
  • 8 ounces vodka
  • 4 ounces orange liqueur
  • 2 ounces sage-ginger syrup
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • Apple slices for garnish
  • Fresh sage leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the sage-ginger syrup, vodka, orange liqueur, apple juice, and lemon juice. Stir well, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, pour the sparkling water into the pitcher and stir gently to incorporate the flavors.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice, then pour the spritz mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with an apple slice and a fresh sage leaf for a festive, aromatic touch.
