Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce pear juice
  • 0.75 ounce St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
  • 0.5 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 drops cardamom bitters
  • Pear slice for garnish
  • Sprig of thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, pear juice, spiced pear liqueur, lemon juice, and cardamom bitters.
  • Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
