Notes
Honey Syrup
– Honey will not dissolve in cold water so you’ll need to heat in a pan and mix honey and water first to create a hot honey syrup.Tips
- Adjust the Heat: If you like it spicier, add a bit more hot honey. If you prefer it milder, reduce the amount of hot honey.
- Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh strawberries and lemon juice make a big difference in the taste of the cocktail.
- Chill Your Glass: For an extra refreshing drink, chill your glass before serving.

The honey wouldn’t dissolve. When ice was added, it coagulated, hard to strain…tasty though!
great point, we forgot to add the instruction to make the hot honey into a syrup first. i added to notes now. thanks
