Ingredients
- 1/2 oz St-Germain
- 1 sprig mint
- 4 oz prosecco chilled
- 1 oz soda water chilled
- Garnish: mint sprig
- Garnish: lemon wheel
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass or large cocktail glass with ice.
- Add 1/2 oz St-Germain to the glass.
- Gently muddle the mint sprig in the glass to release its aroma.
- Pour 4 oz chilled prosecco into the glass.
- Add 1 oz chilled soda water.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish with an additional mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
