Ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1.5 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • Pomegranate arils for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and coconut milk.
  • Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled and slightly frothy.
  • Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a few pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary for a festive touch.
