Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1.5 oz amaretto liqueur
  • 3 oz eggnog
  • Ground nutmeg for rimming and garnish
  • Brown sugar for rimming
  • 1 cinnamon stick optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour a small amount of amaretto onto a plate. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the amaretto, then coat the rim with brown sugar mixed with a pinch of ground nutmeg.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vanilla vodka, amaretto, and eggnog.
  • Shake vigorously until the ingredients are well-mixed and chilled. Strain into the prepared martini glass.
  • Sprinkle ground nutmeg over the top of the drink for a festive touch. For added touch, place a cinnamon stick into the glass.
