  • Dip the rim of the martini glass into the coconut cream, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Press the coated rim into the flaked coconut on a plate, rotating until fully covered.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the cranberry juice, coconut rum, sweet and sour mix, grenadine, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until the shaker feels icy cold.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
  • Add maraschino cherry for a festive touch, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical holiday vibes!
