Ingredients

  • 1 ripe plum pitted and muddled
  • 1.5 oz Tequila or Mezcal
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • Grapefruit Soda to top
  • Plum slices and a lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

Muddle the Plum:

  • In a shaker, muddle the ripe plum until it’s well mashed and juicy.

Add Ingredients:

  • Add the tequila or mezcal and lime juice to the shaker.

Shake:

  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain:

  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Top:

  • Top with grapefruit soda.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with plum slices and a lime wheel.
