Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 0.75 ounce maple syrup
  • 0.5 ounce caramel syrup
  • 0.5 ounce pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg white
  • Ground cinnamon, grated nutmeg, dash of salt, orange zest for garnish

Instructions

  • Begin by adding only the egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake vigorously using the dry shake method.
  • Add the bourbon, maple syrup, caramel, and pumpkin puree to the shaker.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again until the mixture is well chilled and fully combined.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish the top of the drink with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, a pinch of grated nutmeg, a dash of salt, and some freshly grated orange zest for a fragrant and festive finish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, spiced flavors of this indulgent fall cocktail.
