Ingredients

  • 2 oz dry gin
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice
  • Agave syrup to taste
  • Sparkling cider
  • Lavender Sugar or Ginger Sugar
  • Garnish: fresh lavender and sliced apple

Instructions

  • Lightly rim your highball glass with agave syrup, then dip the rim into the lavender or ginger sugar to coat it.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the dry gin, lemon juice, and agave syrup.
  • Shake well to combine and chill the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling cider.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender and a slice of apple.
