Instructions
Spiced Rum Preparation
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large jar or pitcher, mix 3 cups of rum, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of frozen blueberries.
- Infuse:
- Let the mixture infuse for at least 24 hours in a cool, dark place. The longer it infuses, the more pronounced the blueberry flavor will be.
- Strain:
- After infusion, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the blueberries and any sediment.
- Your spiced rum is now ready for the cocktail.
Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- Combine Sugar and Water:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water.
