Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 3 ounces Ginger Ale
  • 2 ounce Black Spiced Rum
  • Maraschino Cherries for garnish

Instructions

  • For the best results, make sure your pineapple juice, ginger ale, and black spiced rum are chilled before you start making your cocktail.

Mix the Liquids:

  • In a mixing glass or shaker, combine the 3 ounces of pineapple juice and 1 ounce of black spiced rum.
  • Stir gently to mix the flavors together.

Add Ice:

  • Fill a tall glass or a cocktail glass of your choice with ice to the brim.

Pour Over Ice:

  • Gently pour the pineapple juice and rum mixture over the ice in your prepared glass.

Top with Ginger Ale:

  • Slowly add the ginger ale to the glass, letting it mix naturally with the pineapple rum mixture. Avoid stirring vigorously after adding the ginger ale to maintain its effervescence.

Garnish:

  • Add a maraschino cherry (or two, if you’re feeling indulgent) to the glass for garnish.
  • You can also add a slice of pineapple or a lime wheel on the rim for an extra tropical touch.

Serve Immediately:

  • Enjoy your Pineapple Rum Punch right away while it’s cold and fizzy.
