Ingredients

  • 8 oz pumpkin puree
  • 32 oz apple cider
  • 16 oz orange juice
  • 8 oz spiced rum
  • 75 oz chilled champagne adjust to taste
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Sliced oranges apples, cranberries, cinnamon sticks, star anise for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a punch bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, apple cider, orange juice, rum, and cinnamon until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Once the pumpkin is fully dissolved, gently pour in the champagne and give it a brief stir.
  • Garnish the punch with cranberries, sliced oranges, apples, cinnamon sticks, and star anise, if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
