Enjoy a refreshing Watermelon Limoncello Prosecco cocktail today.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz watermelon puree about 1/4 cup of diced watermelon blended and strained
  • 1 oz limoncello 1/4 cup
  • 3 oz Prosecco chilled
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Watermelon slice for garnish
  • Lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

  • In a chilled glass, add 2 oz of watermelon puree.
  • Pour in 1 oz of limoncello.
  • Top off the glass with 3 oz of chilled Prosecco.
  • Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  • Garnish with mint leaves, a slice of watermelon, and a slice of lemon.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
