Notes

Pro Tips
  • For a more vibrant presentation, use ripe pink dragonfruit for its striking color and sweet flavor.
  • If you want an extra frothy texture, dry shake (without ice) the ingredients first, then shake with ice.
  • Chilling your coupe glass in advance will help keep the drink colder for longer.

Tasting Notes

The Dragonfruit Diva cocktail is a delicate balance of tart, sweet, and herbal flavors. The tequila’s boldness is softened by the smooth vermouth and frothy egg white, while the lime juice and agave add a tangy sweetness. The dragonfruit adds a subtle exotic fruitiness, making each sip as delightful as it is refreshing.
