Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces dry gin
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 0.75 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 0.25 ounce simple syrup
  • jalapeño slice
  • Watermelon cubed
  • watermelon slices and jalapeño slice for garnish

Instructions

  • In a shaker, muddle the watermelon to release its juices.
  • Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lime juice, and a slice of jalapeño.
  • Shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with two watermelon slices and a jalapeño slice.
  • Serve and enjoy!
