Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz spiced rum
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.75 oz cinnamon simple syrup
  • Ginger beer to top
  • Sugared cranberries for garnish
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish
  • Powdered sugar optional,for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your glass with ice to chill the cocktail.
  • Pour in the spiced rum, cranberry juice, and cinnamon simple syrup.
  • Top off with ginger beer and stir gently to combine the flavors without losing the ginger beer’s fizz.
  • Garnish with sugared cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. For an added wintery touch, sprinkle powdered sugar over the garnish to resemble snow.
