Enjoy a Pineapple Lemon Drop tonight. Perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice fresh or canned
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec or Cointreau
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup or more to taste
  • Sugar for rimming the glass
  • Lemon twist and a pineapple slice for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Rim the edge of a martini glass with lemon juice and dip it into sugar to coat the rim thoroughly. Set aside.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • In a shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice, triple sec, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid.
