Tasting Notes
The Pomegranate Rosemary Gin Fizz is a refreshing balance of tart and herbal flavors. The gin pairs beautifully with the pomegranate juice, while the rosemary adds a festive aroma and depth to the cocktail. The club soda provides a light fizz, making each sip both refreshing and flavorful—perfect for holiday toasts!
Drinking this right now with the family for Christmas and it’s a hit! I actually made a big 32 ounce pitcher of the “juice mix” (pomegranate, lemon, rosemary simple syrup) ahead of time so we could just pour out into glasses directly from the fridge and add the gin and soda (1:1 ratio of mix to liquor). It’s an easy big batch drink and accommodates our teetotalers (we just added the soda and garnishes and omitted the gin for them). I did cut back a wee bit on the lemon juice since we had VERY tart fresh lemons, but I wouldn’t really change anything else. Will definitely print this out and save it for future use!
