  • 3 strawberries hulled
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1.5 ounces tequila silver or reposado
  • 1 ounce agave nectar
  • Lemon slice and mint sprig for garnish


Muddle the Ingredients:

  • In a cocktail shaker, add the hulled strawberries and mint leaves. Muddle them together to release the flavors of the mint and the juice from the strawberries.

Add Liquids:

  • Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice, tequila, and agave nectar into the shaker.


  • Add ice to fill the shaker halfway, then place the lid on securely. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to combine all the ingredients well.


  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, ensuring that the fruit pulp and mint leaves are left behind in the shaker.
