Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz peach syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 1.5 oz light rum
  • 1.5 oz RumChata
  • 1/4 oz peach schnapps
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Dash of salt
  • Brown sugar and crushed graham crackers for rimming the glass
  • Agave for rimming the glass
  • Peach slice for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Glass:

  • Take a cocktail glass and rim it with agave syrup.
  • Dip the rim into a mixture of brown sugar and crushed graham crackers until well-coated.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • In a shaker, combine the peach syrup, light rum, RumChata, peach schnapps, lemon juice, tiny spoon of brown sugar, and a dash of salt.
