Ingredients

  • 3 blackberries
  • 1/4 oz granulated sugar
  • 1/2 oz blackberry puree
  • 4 ounces Prosecco chilled

Instructions

Muddle the Blackberries:

  • Place the fresh blackberries and sugar in a small bowl or glass.
  • Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the blackberries, releasing their juices and mixing with the sugar.

Prepare the Glass:

  • Spoon the muddled blackberries into the bottom of a champagne flute.
  • Add the blackberry puree on top of the muddled blackberries.

Add Prosecco:

  • Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco into the flute, allowing it to mix with the blackberry mixture.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Optionally, garnish with a fresh blackberry on the rim of the glass or a mint sprig.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
