Ingredients

  • 32 ounces dark red juice such as cranberry, pomegranate, or cherry
  • 16 ounces seltzer water
  • 3 cups mixed berries strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries
  • 1 orange clementine, or tangerine

Instructions

  • Begin by cutting up the fruit. Remove any seeds, pits, or leaves from the berries, and peel the orange, clementine, or tangerine. Cut the citrus into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place all the prepared fruit into a large pitcher.
  • Pour the dark red juice into the pitcher, leaving some room for the seltzer water.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and chill.
  • Just before serving, add the seltzer water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing, fruity mocktail!
