Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz crème de cassis
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Blackberry and lemon wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, crème de cassis, and Angostura bitters.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a blackberry and lemon wheel, serve immediately.
