Ingredients

  • 2 oz Spiced rum
  • 2 oz Apple cider or apple juice
  • 0.25 oz Caramel syrup
  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour half of the caramel syrup onto a small plate. Roll the rim of your glass around in the caramel to coat it, similar to rimming a margarita glass with salt.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the remaining caramel syrup, spiced rum, and apple cider with ice. Shake well until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  • Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • For an extra touch of flavor and visual appeal, sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top or garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  • Serve immediately and savor the rich, sweet, and spiced flavors of this comforting fall cocktail.
