Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3 oz apple cider
  • 3/4 oz cinnamon simple syrup
  • Lemon wedge
  • Cinnamon-sugar mixture

Instructions

  • Run a lemon wedge over the rim of the glass you plan to use, then dip the rim into the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Set the glass aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, apple cider, and cinnamon simple syrup.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is well combined and chilled.
  • Pour the mixture over large ice cubes in the prepared glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Gin Apple Pie Cocktail!
