Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce fig and vanilla bean simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2-4 ounces tonic water
  • Fresh fig slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the gin, fig and vanilla bean simple syrup, and orange bitters to the shaker.
  • Stir well to combine and chill the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass with an ice cube.
  • Top with tonic water to your taste preference.
  • Garnish with a fresh fig slice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
