Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 oz pear puree
  • Club soda top
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the gin and pear puree to the shaker.
  • Shake well to combine and chill the mixture.
  • Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
