Ingredients

  • 4 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz rosemary syrup
  • 6 large concord grapes
  • 2 oz Club soda a splash
  • Champagne grapes for garnish, optional
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Add the fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle the concord grapes thoroughly.
  • Add the gin and rosemary syrup to the shaker.
  • Add ice and shake the mixture vigorously.
  • Strain the mixture through a mesh cocktail strainer into a glass.
  • Top the drink with a splash of club soda.
  • Garnish with tiny champagne grapes and/or a sprig of rosemary.

Pro Tips

  • To make rosemary syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary. Bring to a simmer until the sugar dissolves, then let it steep and cool before straining out the rosemary.
  • Use fresh concord grapes for the best flavor.
