Ingredients

  • 2 ounces dark rum
  • 2 ounces Kahlua
  • 2 dashes Grand Marnier
  • Cayenne pepper for rimming
  • Granulated sugar for rimming

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the glass: on a small plate, mix together granulated sugar and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Wet the rim of your glass with a bit of water or citrus, then dip the rim into the sugar and cayenne pepper mixture to coat it evenly.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the dark rum, Kahlua, and two dashes of Grand Marnier.
  • Shake the mixture well until the ingredients are fully combined and chilled.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass, being careful not to disturb the sugared rim.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet heat of this devilishly delicious cocktail.
