Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz blanco tequila
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 0.5 oz blue curaçao
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.25 oz crème de violette
  • Edible flower or lime wheel for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, maraschino liqueur, blue curaçao, crème de violette, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and lime juice.
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or highball glass over fresh ice.
