  • 1 cup Mango Puree from about 2 ripe mangos, blended until smooth
  • 1/2 cup Vodka
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed for the best flavor
  • 1/4 cup Simple Syrup you can adjust based on your sweetness preference
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • Mint Leaves For garnish
  • Lemon Slices For garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Mango Puree:

  • Peel and chop the mangos. Blend them in a blender until smooth. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.

Mix the Cocktail:

  • In a pitcher, combine the mango puree, vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cold water. Stir well to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Serve:

  • Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mango vodka lemonade over the ice.
