Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Bacardi Lemon
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Drop Green Food Coloring
  • Club Soda to top
  • 5 Mint Leaves minced
  • Lime Wedge and Mint for garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime juice, simple syrup, and minced mint leaves to release the mint’s flavor.
  • Add the Irish whiskey, Bacardi Lemon, green food coloring, and ice to the shaker.
  • Shake well until all ingredients are combined and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into an ice-filled rocks glass.
  • Top with club soda for a refreshing fizz.
  • Garnish with lime wedges and a sprig of fresh mint.
