Prepare the Shaker:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add Ingredients:

  • Pour in the 2 oz of coconut rum.
  • Add the 2 oz of mango juice.
  • Pour in the 2 oz of pineapple juice.
  • Add the 1/2 oz of coconut cream.

Shake:

  • Shake well until the mixture is chilled and combined.

Prepare the Glass:

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.

Pour:

  • Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass over the ice.

Create the Sunrise Effect:

  • Slowly pour the 1/2 oz of grenadine over the back of a spoon into the drink. The grenadine will settle at the bottom, creating a sunrise effect.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice on the rim of the glass.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Mango Sunrise Piña Colada.
