Ingredients

  • 2 ounces rum
  • 1.5 ounces apple cider
  • 0.75 ounce chamomile tea
  • 0.75 ounce demerara syrup
  • 0.5 ounce lemon juice
  • Lemon wheel freshly grated nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Add the rum, apple cider, chamomile tea, demerara syrup, and lemon juice to a pot.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the mixture reaches a boil, remove from heat.
  • Pour the hot drink into a coffee mug.
