Ingredients

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz ginger syrup
  • 2.5 oz pomegranate juice
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • Ginger beer to top
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
  • Pomegranate arils for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, bourbon, lemon juice, and ginger syrup.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a rocks glass or tumbler filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger beer, pouring gently to preserve the fizz.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils for a festive touch, if desired.

    Absolutely delicious! We made this drink for a Christmas get together and everyone loved it! Tasted so fresh. I used pressed pomegranate not from concentrate. We also made our own ginger simple syrup. 😋
