Tasting Notes

The Winter Vodka Sour is a beautifully balanced cocktail with a tart cherry base, bright citrus notes, and a touch of spice from the bitters. The egg white creates a creamy texture and frothy top, making it both visually appealing and indulgently smooth. Perfect for cozy evenings or holiday gatherings.

The drink was very good, but we used tart cherry juice, which may have caused a slightly extra tartness so we added 1/2 oz of simple syrup and a couple dishes of angostura orange bitters and it was stellar!
