Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz honey simple syrup
  • 3 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 slices of fresh oranges for garnish
  • A handful of pomegranate arils for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the honey simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the fresh mint leaves and muddle until the mint is well crushed and the flavors are released.
  • Add the vodka, pomegranate juice, and orange juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, put the lid on, and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Fill two rocks glasses with ice.
  • Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glasses.
  • Garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig, a slice of orange, and a sprinkle of pomegranate arils.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
