Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz white crème de cacao
  • 1 oz half-and-half
  • Sprinkles for rimming
  • white chocolate for rimming (Melted)
  • raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Melt white chocolate and pour it onto a small plate. Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into the melted chocolate, then immediately dip it into sprinkles to coat the edge evenly. Set aside.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, white chocolate liqueur, white crème de cacao, and half-and-half.
  • Shake vigorously until well-chilled, then strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
  • Place three fresh raspberries on the rim of the glass or float them in the drink for an elegant finish. Serve immediately.
