Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1.5 oz apple cider
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz caramel sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • Apple slice for garnish
  • 0.25 oz caramel sauce for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the whiskey, caramel sauce, apple cider, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  • Dry shake (without ice) vigorously to create a frothy texture.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a caramel-rimmed rocks glass.
